Great service the waitress Jess was amazing! Very nice and attentive considering she was the only waitress. I had a local crux IPA and a cowboy burger with fries which was very good. It was a little pricey but that's expected for an airport restaurant. Overall great experience.

I was in your bar Yesterday. Your waitress/bartender was working her butt off running to every table and taking care of the bar pretty much by herself . She was doing an amazing job at it, with courtesy , smile’s, and filled every need asked for. even though I can imagine how stressed she could be handling the whole restaurant smoothly. she did have a coworker there also on the floor I believe her name was Jesslynn who was constantly on her phone and would leave the other waitress alone multiple times for over 15 minutes. She had No personality, would not smile at all, her hair was messy and I found disrespectful that she let the other waitress pick up her slack. Your own restaurant is a wonderful place and I would definitely return to it but if that waitress was to serve me I would definitely walk out. On the other hand I give Desiree a five star on her performance and capability of handling a whole restaurant by herself with a positive attitude.

I don't usually do these reviews but felt I had to. I was frustrated and it was clear to all around me. I decided to grab some food and a drink while waiting for my flight which was delayed. The food was great, but the service is what made all the difference! My server Desiree was so bubbly, kind and positive. One of a kind service right there!

After seating it took 5 mins to be greeted by the server. I asked if a BLT would take long, she said it wouldn’t, I paid right then. It was 18 mins before my food was ready, I asked for to be packed up to go and for an itemized receipt. Another 5 mins passed and 3 people couldn’t get me an itemized receipt! Ive never had such slow or confusing service in an airport restaurant. Priorities for all travelers, speed and accuracy.Update: the food was delicious and packed up well, so I added a star.

I have never had a nicer greeting just getting a cup of coffee. Much more sincere than the coffee stops. Natalie's warm smile and friendly charm shook off my morning grouchies.

One of the best airport food I have ever had. It is the only choice at the airport, but the food selection is good. Our waiter was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I ordered a vegetarian burger and my partner a salad with chicken and it was a good portion and delicious.

This establishment by far is the best bar/grill I've truly ever eaten at.. enjoyable food and wonderful employees, especially Desiree. Her upbeat attitude and great customer service really made a difference with my first experience eating at the Sky House Bar & Grill... Thank you Desiree for being patient with me as I was deciding on what I wanted and making me laugh.

I had a pleasant experience here! Ordered a veggie burger with the homemade chips and it was really delicious. Great service by the ladies working there, Jesslynn and Brandi.

I visited the sky house bar before I checked in through TSA , I ordered a double Bombay and tonic and the girl charged me $9.25. Went through security and notice there was another side to the sky house. I order the same exact drink and was charged $18.38. I was caught off guard being charged almost $10.00 more for the same drink in the same restaurant. Why is the prices not the same? I spoke to the wait staff to verify the pricing difference, I was charged for a single well drink the first time. I don't mind paying the full amount, but the staff needs to be on the same page for pricing.

30 minute wait. Never got served. Ended up having to leave. Never saw a menu.

Madison was my waitress and did an excellent job. Very nice and good with all the customers here. The food was excellent. The view not so much. We were fogged in!!!

Vicki my waitress was amazing. So nice and accommodating. I am vegan for medical reasons She checked and found me almond milk for my tea instead of cows milk. They cooked me delicious hashbrowns with no oil which I need to eliminate from my diet as well, brought me a big bowl of fruit which was not on the menu and an English muffin with blackberry jam, food was delicious. But just the graciousness of the accommodations they made, made the whole experience super sweet.

The only choice at the Medford airport, definitely more options than the typical snack shop. Had the Everything app, wings, mozzarella sticks, poppers, and calamari. Poppers were the best! Wings were good too. My waitresses must have been at the end of her shift, not very attentive, lucky for her the hostess was. Would have been a 3 star if it wasn't for the hostess, she made it a great experience.

TRACY! All I can say is WOW. Literally the most prompt, thorough, and on-point server I’ve experienced in ages. And at the airport of all places?! I have flown out of Medford about 8 times, always hit the Sky House up pre-flight cus what else is there to do. I’ve had some mediocre service some times, some times good. But the second we walked in we were enthusiastically greeted and seated, drink order taken, and drinks on the table within 15 seconds. She is definitely the best sever I’ve experienced in my years of coming here before flights. Just wanted to give props. Also PROPS to the kitchen cus the good we had today is PHENOMENAL and so fresh and delicious. Far above what we have had here in past visits. Overall 100/10. Very very satisfied.

Very unhappy about this.. I called your restaurant tonight and was told that you close at eight and then told oh but we do last call at 7:30 So we got there a little before 7:30 and they were closed. How does a restaurant stop serving at 7:30 but close at 8. I can see ten minutes before closing but a half hr seems unrealistic. This was Very frustrating and we were all pretty disappointed with this.

The food was delicious. My waiter was Jess and she was lovely! She even chased after me to the security gate when I'd left my debit card 😣Thank you again!

Fred our server took our request for a no-oil veggie hash (vegan) ... It was beautiful and scrumptious! There was no greasy taste to it ... Beautiful, perfect .... Accommodated us very well.

I missed my flight and had to hang out at the grill for 6 hours. My stay wasn’t super unpleasant because I was served by Natalie, the best server I have ever had! She expressed real concern over me missing my flight and immediately made me feel better about my predicament.

My daughter and I were bumped to a much later flight and had 7 hours to sit in the airport. We went up to the restaurant around 5am and spent the majority of our time there. Vickie was our server and provided us with several hours of excellent service. This was the best experience I have ever had while stuck in an airport. Very accommodating, great food and company!

Fred was extremely friendly and made me a Bloody Mary to make my flight basically a trip to Disney land. Cheers SkyBar!

What can I say.... I am amazed at the most money crew (Fred and Talina) I was lucky to meet at sky house bar and grill. Not only was the service spectacular, as well as the food but the conversations were even better. I wish I could give 6 stars because this duo as well as the chef deserves their own airport! Cheers!

I missed my flight. And I met waitress Vicky. She was awesome. She made me a wonderful breakfast. And keeped me intertained .she made sure I had plenty of coffee and I really felt pampered. Excellent friendly service with a variety of Americana cafe fair. Greasy spoon in nature and so so food. Good cocktail and beer options, quick service if catching a flight

Natalie and her dad served up an amazing breakfast scramble. It was actually one of the finest breakfasts that I’ve enjoyed recently. I’ve ate at both the Sky House after security and this one and I’d have to say that the pre-security side edged out the other side. The only thing that could have improved my breakfast at all is if Natalie had been a little more willing to accept her dad’s wisdom on how to waitress. Overall though, great job Natalie!

Come on Medford Airport. Be more progressive. Everyone I know makes trips out of there!

The only restaurant at the small but convenient Medford Airport. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. The food is surprisingly good for airport fare, and is responsibly priced.

I enjoyed mytime here friendly staff, clean bar, really comfortable. Ms. Desiree was awesome, and was very professional to everyone who walked in. If you have time before a flight I'd recommend stopping by for at least a drink or food.

Fast service and good food.

It's the only food option at an airport so I really didn't expect much. The prices were very high for what was delivered and the service was staggeringly slow. It wasn't just my table, other tables were waving to get attention, too, from servers who simply didn't look our way, probably so we couldn't catch their eye. Ordinary coffee was $3.45, which would have been tolerable with refills but even though one young lady asked if I wanted a refill, none were forthcoming until I was just about to leave. In order to pay the check I had to get up and find someone to take it. This is an airport; one would think prompt service would be a priority. The food was super simple and took so long I wonder if the servers had to make the sandwiches themselves. Mine came with chips that were so overcooked and so over-seasoned (burnt garlic is not a good flavor) I didn't even eat them. I would have done better spending the $22 on food during the flight, which is more than a little sad.
